Dazzelwhite/Smile Brite/Smile Pure/Winning Smile
Unauthorized charges to my Visa/Debit account

I ordered a sample tooth whitening product from each of the 2 companies. After receipt and use, I cancelled the order. Within days, both companies had charged my account with 2 charges each - Dazzlewhite for $58.67 x 2; Smile Pure/Winning Smile for 85.37 x 2. I called each company and demanded refunds and notified the fraud dept of my bank. These charges were fraudulent. Dazzlewhite has just recently credited my account for their 2 charges, but I've yet to receive refunds from Smile Pure/Winning Smile. There are numerous complaints of fraud exactly like mine on the internet and Dazzlewhite is #4. Why are these companies still allowed to do business? There should be some type of serious consequence for their fraudulent actions. Please do something to help the protect the general public from these thieves.
