Cardiosonx Labs - Orestes Hernandez Unauthorized Deinstall, Stole, Non-Payment, Lia

Orestes Hernandez and Cardiosonx "purchased" a Siemens Emotion 6 and a Siemens Concerto MR from Global Inventory Management in September or October of last year and, to date, have failed to pay in full.

Although he had no permission to do so, he understood the landlord wanted the equipment out of his facility and was able to persuade the landlord into deinstalling the systems prior to complete
payment.

Orestes has, on dozens of occasions, promised to render the remaining $10,000 and has methodically failed to do so. He has gone to the bank and deposited checks with insufficient funds on several occasions. He has "sent" wires that never arrived a similar number of times.

Orestes' imagination is unlike any I've ever encountered. I've heard about dying uncles, troubles with the wife, people that have ripped Orestes off, pink elephants, monkeys invading Miami with jetpacks, etc. Orestes now has people call me with promises to pay.

I have been extremely patient with Orestes in the off-chance that he actually was abducted by aliens, but at this point I feel I must make the perils of doing business with CardioSonx and, specifically, Orestes Hernandez, public. It is our responsibility to keep our market as clean as possible and we have to fight the ethics battles that we do because of people like Orestes Hernandez. We no longer believe that Orestes acted in good faith at any point and we would like for other companies to avoid a similar pitfall.
