Paid in advance and never received the item

I mailed a US Postal money order, serial number 05455340143, to Mr. Hernandez on Saturday, June 7. The money order was to pay in full to purchase a used Sony DVX500ULX. The Sony was advertised on www.sell.com and was priced at $250.00 plus $15.00 freight that totals $265.00.

On Thursday, June 12, Mr. Hernandez telephoned me to tell me he had received the money order. He was going to obtain some blank DVDs to use with the Sony as his ad promised and then ship it to me via US Postal Service Priority Mail that weekend.

One week later, June 19, I wrote to Mr. Hernandez and mailed it that day.in that letter I asked is he was okay or if something was wrong. I did not receive any response to that letter.

I posted several notes to Mr. Hernandez on the www.sell.com web site but did not receive any responses. Finally, on June 27, I wrote to Mr. Hernandez via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. This receipt shows that Mr. Hernandez received my letter on June 30.

As of this date, Mr. Hernandez has my $265.00 but I have nothing and at this stage of the game all I want is my money.
