Fraudulently billing for patient records transfe

Received a bill from Healthport for medical records transfer from my gastrointestinal doctor. I checked with the doctor, and they have not transferred any records, have no charge pending, and have referred nothing to Healthport. This is obvious fraud on Healthport's part to obtain funds under false premises.
