@Arizona Health Centers Refuse payment to employees

Scott Sakry with Arizona Health Centers employs Massage Therapists in different states to perform chair massage at companys. He charges $25/hr. This is all a verbal agreement, you sign no contracts with him.

Mr. Sakry never answers his phone (says he's on vacation) nor does he respond to emails. He pays late and is never on time for anything.

Here is the situation: From January to June I worked chair massage for him at a company. He could not be reached in May and he offered no more dates. The company & I decided to work together and we informed Mr. Sakry of this. That is when he refused to pay me for the last months I worked for him (May/June). The payment he owes totals $200.

After calling non-stop for 3 weeks, sending an invoice for the money owed, Mr. Sakry finally answered his phone and went on a rant calling me a backstabbing bitch, I'm a liar and saying that I owed HIM money for working direct with the company. If he had set up the dates for the entire year or actually signed a contract with the company he might have a legal argument.

DO NOT work for this man. The website is 2 pages and does not even mention chair massage, it has some woman who does talks or something.

If anyone has money owed to them by Scott Sakry, I'm down to be a part of a class action lawsuit.
