Great Health Plan I paid for this. I tried to cancel can't get $ back

I heard about this health ins plan, I called and joined for a family. It was $204 per mo. After agreeing I had to pay 99 inial pay. I agreed. After talking and thinking I called back to cancel, minutes later. They said they were legite then I tried to cancel. I wrote down names of who I talked to. I said I wanted to cancel. They said I needed to talk to Manager. He wouldn't get on phone, never called me. I e mailed to cancel also. They said no problems. I called my bank, they had already taken the money. I put a stop on them taking any more money and cancelled my card. I haven't heard from them and didn't receive my money back. I looked up on the internet and found this with their name on it. I'm not surprised there in it.
