Las Vegas Gym Club
Tricked us into signing a contract we were told we could get out of

Me and my boyfriend went into the las vegas gym club. We were in a hurry we just wanted to look around but this undermining asshole Angel that works there. We totally wouldnt take no for an answer when we were done looking, again we told him we were in a hurry.
Angel assured us it would not take long. We sat down and listened to him just ramble ramble ramble. Then he threw us for a loop. He said the membership was for like 22 months, we told him we were not going to be here more than 6 months. Angel assured us that after six months we could cancel for a one time fee of $50. Now mind you the whole time he was talking to us, he had his arms over the extremely long and tedious contract. But the thing is Angel told us to just sign, not even read the contracts, that he went over the fine points with us. So we left cause were really were in a hurry, but left with the understanding that all we would have to do is pay 50 dollars to cancel. Nothing else. The next morning I was going over the contract, when I noticed that mine and my boyfriends memberships had gotten messed up somehow. So my boyfriend had to go back in a couple days later to get them rewritten. I never ever signed the second contract. But in any event, we tried to do the right thing by looking over it, but Angel mucked it up. We called to get our gym membership canceled and they said we need proof we moved on several levels. I have heard that a lot of people had similar if not the same complaints. We already know that they are not going to do the right thing and take us off and let the membership go. I am not going to just allow them to get away with this, there are several steps i am going take to make sure that they understand messing with people like this isnt going to ne justified.
