Dr. Ted, Al Khowahir Fraud, took my money and never delivered! Littoral

I sent 380 via Western Union to Al Khowahir for product he advertised on the internet. He sent me verification of his business license. Once he received my monies, I was then told by ems that I needed to pay a refundable fee of 520 for insurance or increase the weight, so I added more product for 250. Then i was told I needed a business certificate for 120. Reluctantly I complied. EMS South Africa then came back and told me I still needed insurance for 520 and it would be refunded. I went back to Al Khowahir said no, he finally offered to increase my product and pay 350 if I would pay the remaining. Again, I sent the money wanting to get my product, well as you have figured, I received nothing and no responses to my numerous emails.
