Withdrawals $359 from bank accounts without permission

I was contacted by this company via a telemarketer in August. The representative told me that I would get to try out their coverage for 30 days for free and if I liked it, I would be billed for $300 directly from my bank account in exchange for one year of coverage. A few days later a $300 charge appeared on my statement. At first I was told that it would take 30 days to refund my money. When I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. After 30 days I still had not received my refund, so I called back.

This time I was told that I was given incorrect information and that I would receive my money back in 60 days. Finally, I still had not received my money back, so I called after 60 days. This time I was told it takes at least 90 days to receive the money. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was given a voice mail box. So far I still have not received a call back. To this day I am still waiting for my $300 credit. I have since changed bank accounts to prevent any additional withdrawals by Global.
