I, too, did not see any info about being shipped monthly supplies when I ordered the free trial. The shipment did include an email address to cancel further shipments.

I canceled online AND called the 866 #. I was told my cancellation was verified and when I asked how I send back this $70.00 order, the girl spoken so softly and also made no sense. She said I have 12mos. For a refund and then must send back stating why it didn't work. The fine print on order says you must take it for 12mos. Consecutively and then the whole 12mos. Will be refunded. So, bottomline... It seems I was just ripped off $70.00!!!
