I signed a contact with Bally's Total fitness gym September. However I had contact manager Mike at 50th street location to cancelthsi manager assure me that i would be taking off the membership list. Now it is on my credit report is a written off to collect agency which in fact is in-house to Bally's corp. I order to take this off my credit report a resolve this membership I must pay $2253 although I have never been to the gym at all. And if I want to cancell membership to avoid paying $2253 I must sign-up again (contact). And I will have to make payment without access to their gym.
