Herbalremedies.com charged my checkcard but I did not receive order or refund

I ordered a colloidal silver generator from Herbal Remedies website on 3/14. My checkcard was charged the next day for$109.67. After several weeks of waiting for my order and receiving no emails explaining the delay I attempted to contact them on their website to no avail. I sent multiple e-mails over the next 3 months with no response. I did finally get someone on the phone by putting in extension #100. They do not offer any phone customer service on existing orders but refers you back to their website!

The customer service agent informed me that the order had been cancelled over 6 weeks ago and that I should expect a refund applied to my check card. Two weeks pass and I call the number then ext#100, the customer service agent then tells me I should expect a credit to my checkcard in 1 week. When I confronted her that I had been told the same line 2 weeks earlier She became defensive and hung up on me! After reviewing multiple complaint websites I have discovered I am not the only one they have treated this way and this must be a common business practice of this company.
