Phoenix Fitness Gym / Cancelled Membership - no Refund

I joined phx fitness for a 2year special on the last day July 30,1999. I told them I may be moving to Kansas as we had just bought property there. I was told that if I did move my money would be refunded. On August 3rd 1999 I called John the manager to tell him to cancel my membership #4445-1. He said I would get my money refunded to my visa but I had to send a letter. I sent a letter with a copy of the paperwork showing i had purchased the house on Aug 3,1999. I have sent certified letters and phone calls regarding not getting my refund every month.in February I was in my other house in AZ for my sisters wedding. I called every day to speak to Anna who handles this account as John no longer works there. I also sent more certified mail. I have never had a phone call or letter answered. I have waited on hold for Anna to get of another call only to be told that she just stepped out. When they know it is me calling they now tell me she isn't in or is in a meeting. I have been unable to speak with a person since John left. It has now been 7 months since they took my $348.00 and still no refund, phone call or letter to explain why it is taking them so long.
