Dishonest work problems pushed on workers

Two times as a worker with Kindercare learning centre, I had been compelled to perform while ill. I had been informed easily confirmed an attempt and arrived at function ill, I really could keep. Not the case, following day went physician, and that I had tiles. A preceding period, my back went, could not keep, and that I worked the whole evening.By that night I really couldnot transfer, I had been in agonizing pain.

The working conditions are terrible working. We look after kids and we reveal them to disease, since we're scared we will reduce our careers if we go out ill.
