Treats their employees like sh*t

Our child worked at Kindercare in Chandler, Arizona for 8 weeks. Actually in the beginning she worries about their reasons, there appeared to be much contradiction in methods between team and worker. But what truly got me was this; While the women (workers) had a need to make use of the bathroom they'd call-in towards the team workplace via intercom seeking a "code blue" (potty break). The team might make sure they are delay 30,40, 60-minutes before delivering somebody or come themselves to alleviate the worker. Onetime my child was waiting whenever a fellow instructor arrived in and coated on her to ensure that she might visit the bathroom, on her means she ceased in the office to ask why no body had answered simply to begin to see the "team" resting about the table giggling to one another about just how long they ought to make her delay. When requested, the team stated "oh is the fact that foolish intercom no longer working again, Ha ha"... Today, my child is just a level-headed Religious woman, full-time university student without any cause to create up or include episode to something similar to this, and there have been a lot more other activities that occurred, I really could continue.
