Not paying claim

I've settled into to AFLAC plan for 3 years, fortunately I'd never needed to claim previously. Lately I became ill and my physician recommended that I remain unemployed for 3 months. I submitted Temporary Disability type also it was refused. They stated that my physician finished the paperwork incorrectly. I requested the physician to re do the paper-work for their specifications also it was refused again. This time around AFLAC insurer stated they named my physician and he or she advised them that I had been off my option and never for disease.

Our doctor swears this isn't accurate particularly because she's the main one who stuffed within the type declaring that I had been actually sick. That we am.

I personally use to be assured convinced that AFLAC had my back - today I understand that they can do something NOT TO spend a state!
