AFLAC Short Term Disability

I'd knee surgery October 20th. I submitted my state the next week. They delivered me a notice seeking my doctor's records. Our doctoris administrator delivered the info. After I called AFLAC, they explained there is a revenue difference between what I submitted & exactly what the work posted. They also explained, when they clear that issue up, they'd need to pay me for that cash I'd been spending in a greater quality. I sent emails to 2 providers & headquarters.

By today, I am still awaiting my state to become disbanded, since my standing proceeds to express imminent. I am so discouraged with AFLAC, I-donot understand what else to complete!
