Unprofessional Customer Service

Just about 10 minutes ago, I phoned this dental establishment 17th Avenue Dental Care to cancel my husband and two childrens appointment for Saturday which is tomorrow March 28. We've been dealing with them for years now and had no problem at all. A lady answered me when I called and after I said I cancelling an appointment for tomorrow and after giving my last name, she immediately said in a loud voice "why are you cancelling the appointment? We will charge you with cancellation fee and if you don't want to pay it will be sent to the collection.

In my thought, "wow" what an unskilled, negative customer service is this person I am talking to. I can never imagine how ill mannered is this person after all when call back and asked her name she said did you want my last name as well? Where is the decency and etiquette of this person and she is allowed to answer the phone. She even said she is the supervisor and told me I was yelling at her even before. When I told her I have not remember talking to her over the phone she insisted that I did and she said she will put down the phone because I am yelling. This establishment have been collecting money from our insurance provider for so years now and I feel I was treated like "an animal" by this lady named Suzette T.
