The last week of March I ordered two products online as a trial and only paid for the shipping. I would have these items sent to me automatically every month if I agreed to keep them. I received the first product, which was lean spa and three days later received the super - probiotic. I started using both of them and a couple of days later I received another bottle of lean spa. I contacted the company to cancel my order and they immediately did so and credited my charge card.

When I received the second bottle of super-probiotic, it was in a yellow padded envelope with no invoice and came from Georgia. I did not keep the address. When I got online to contact them it was impossible to reach them. Every web site for super-probiotic was to order and I was unable to contact customer services. I found a number on one of the web sites and called it. I spoke to a man and explained to him that I wanted to return it and not have anymore sent to me. He gave me an address in Maryland to send it to. I asked him why I had to send it to them when it came from Georgia and his reply was, "We ship products out for several different companies." I sent it to the address he gave me in Maryland and waited for the credit to appear on my card. When I called the credit card company I was told that it could take a month to show up and to give it time. When I called back, my credit card company called super-probiotic and we were on a three-way call. When I explained what happened, I was told that everything is sent out of Georgia and returned to Georgia. I figured that I would just have to eat this but decided to send a letter to the address in Maryland, requesting that the bottle I sent to them be returned. I received it and have had no luck in returning it. I am unable to find any address in Georgia to send it to.

I called my credit card company today and they gave me the phone number to call. When I called I was told that the 14 days I had to return it had expired. When I explained what had happened, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I told the woman I spoke to that I would just report them to the better business bureau and hung up. I then decided to call back to speak to a supervisor. After explaining everything again, I was told it was too late. When I said that I would report them, I was told "hold on, we want to please our customers". After a few minutes the lady got back on the phone and told me her supervisor was not available to speak to me, but that they would give me 50% credit. I said I wanted the whole $79.97 credit and would return the bottle unopened. I was told that wasn't possible. I feel that this company makes it impossible to return their product on purpose so that the 14 day deadline will pass and they don't have to give you your credit. I have receipts for signature confirmation showing that it was received in Maryland on April 7th, which is before the 14 day deadline. The address I gave you is on the back of the bottle. I would appreciate any help or advice you may offer. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
