Inc. Unfair and dishonest billing practices Thanks for this site. Had I known it was here

My husband and I decided it might be worth the free trial of Enzyte to see if it helped him get back some of his "spunk". Had we known that a few weeks after receiving the "free trial", that we would be potentially having to take Lifekey, Inc. To trial, I never would have agreed to give them ANY banking info. During the inital call to Lifekey, my husband told the customer service rep he did not want any further deliveries... Only the trial offer... To wit she replied, quiet rudely, "okay". At no time did she tell him he would have to call and cancel what would be an automatic billing and shipment of a $70 product that we did not want. We have found a comperable product at GNC for half the price and wanted to try it instead. Since they helped themselves to our account, for what has amounted to nearly $100, they have given us a run around about repaying the money, even tho the product is now in THEIR hands. I am filing a dispute letter with my bank who will investigate the issue. I can not, in good conscience, ever recommend this company to anyone for ANY reason. They have unfair and dishonest billing practices, which seem to be rampant these days. I will be calling them again today to tell them I have filed this report and that I am lodging a complaint and investigation with my bank. Thanks for this site. Had I known it was here all along, I would have inquired here first before letting those scumbags have my acct number. Well, we are wiser now. LeslieScottsville, New York
