Lean spa
Took money out of my account without authorization from me

Lean spa is a company with no morals, I had seen Lean Spa on an advertisement supposedly endorsed by Rachel Ray, I am sure that is not true now it probably never was. I ordered the product under a trial basis I believe my initial product lean spa cleanse and lean spa weight loss were about 10.00 or right in that area. I didn't finish even the trial becuase it was to hard to follow the guidelines, well the following month I received more, I called to send it back and they gave me and RMA number that I had to use to send it back and I had to pay for shipping, I also made sure I was notified after it was delivered, They took 159.98 out of my bank account without ever contacting me, there was also no slips in the product shipment as to how much it was, it just showed up one day on my bank statement.

I called the company to make sure the product was returned to them Eric told me yes it had been delivered back to them, i asked when my credit of 160.00. Would be reuturned to my acccount he then told me he could only give me one credit for my account, I said no I need 160.00 back into my account he said he was not authorized to do so, so I asked for someone who was authorized to do so, he rudely put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then came back on with an Email address for Bo, it was not a good address, i then called back and another lady gave me a different Email address for Alex, I sent 2 emails and never got a reply, As far as I am concerned they stole money from my account, I did go to the bank and hopefully had the issue resolved but with a great deal of stress knowing that 160.00 was not in my account, this company is a scam...
