Fraudulent Billing

I obtained Clarification of Advantages claims for my dad totalling over $7000 for statements posted by Rotech on account on Arrowhealth Medical Present in Bloomington, MN. Issue is the fact that the support times were this year and 2011 and my dad died in 2007. After I named Rotech, all I had been informed wasn't to fear - "they" recognized they'd created an error. Just how can they not understand they're not providing solutions anymore to some customer who's useless?
