LifeKey unauthorized use of credit card

Advertised on tv saying 30 day free supply pay only shipping. Called for 30 day supply & was told I would not see any results with Avlmil in that time. Told them I would call back if I wanted to try Avlmil for a longer period of time. When bank statement arrived $70.00 was taken out by Avlmil which is on the internet manufactured by Warner Health Care.

Also toll free # that states you can go online at www.askberkley.com. Called toll free # to say I had not authorized the sale. Very rude people both times I called. Was told that I could not return the pills because they were personal items & I had not cx'd before ship date so there is no refund. Another toll free # is 866-834-1715. Website states there is no refund unless you have used the product for 12 months. My advice to anyone that gets scammed like I have is to close your cc or if a debit close your checking account as I have had to do. I am also calling the BBB in Cincinnati to file a complaint. Also filing a dispute complaint on the advice of the branch bank manager where I bank
