Non payment of claims

Our physicianis payment clerk posted 3 statements for 5.00,1/26/09,3.00,7/9/10 and $205.00,8/20/10, three times and it has not obtained an answer from HCCUA by today. Our physician really wants to place these expenses in my own fingers that we can't afford. I'd to stop my medical health insurance plan because of insufficient funds.
