Refusal to reimburse my premium

I cancelled a misrepresented insurance policy within the time frame indicated.

HCCUA not only did not cancel it but they pulled the premiums out of my account for 2 more months on a date that was not even the correct agreed upon date.

They have reimbursed me for the January and February payment which they never should of taken to begin with but refuse to reimburse me for the premium and enrollment fee which was charged to my account. This amount is $429.95.

Abigail, from the compliance department, had the audacity to tell me that not only would I not get my money back, but it was a waste if my time to even try. Maybe the money they took from me is not much for her, but I assure you that it is a lot of money for someone who is battling cancer and is having to pay for medical expenses out of pocket.

I was lied to and mislead and they feel they are above any recourse I might have to recover my money.

As I informed Abigail, to her it might be a wate if my time trying to get myoney back, but to me it is a very large amount of money that I can't afford to get scammed out if
