Rejection of Entrance with 7 Days Free Trial Card

3-28-11 8:15pm i took my employee with 7 days free trial card to take trial and give them chance to register and use fitness because they are working with me and i have to go the fitness twice a week. I have to go with them. Jack asked him if he want to register and he said no but that is not from his pocket from my pocket i was going to buy membership for him. That is my intention, not his intention, but without trial I cannot buy membership for him. Jack, maybe by judgment of outappearace, Latino and hard working in construction, he rejected even enter with free trial card and proper id. He is American citizen but with Spanish workers this is not first time of my experience they rejected to enter with 7days free trial card. I asked why, Jack said they accept only 100% sure to be a member people to enter with free trial. This is no longer trial and it is a lie.

Ow even the possible, prospective members for 100% sure they would be a member? How they judge 100% sure specific people would be a member? Right after this incident i called the facility and Paran received my call i asked her again do you receive only people you are 100% sure to be a member? She said yes. I asked her again how can you know they will 100% sure be a member and how they the prospective member themselves 100% sure to be a member? They cannot answer. This is clearly discrimination. I myself and all my workers should return home without entering the facility. I have been member for 6years and have been using this facility during that time at least twice a week.
