Unauthorized Charge

I saw an ad for a free trial of Acai Sculpt and all I had to pay was a $5.91 delivery fee. 5 minutes after I ordered this free trial, I called to make sure I would not be charged after this trial and was guaranteed I would not be. A few weeks later, I checked my bank statement and saw that I was charged $139.67 and it showed up on my statement as reading bug. Confused, I called the number that came with the charge and found out it was Acai Sculpt that was charging me and found another charge for $127. I called right away to dispute these charges and was told the $127 was refunded to me but never received it back and as for the $139.67 I was told they would not refund it back to me.

I have been back and fourth for 2 weeks trying to get my money back and it just so happens to be the same person on the phone every time I call, usually calling himself Dominick but has also used the names Greg and Tim and claims he is in a room full of customer service reps. However, when I request him to transfer me to one of them he refuses. I am honestly starting to think this is one man sitting in his mothers basement with nothing better to do then rip people off.
