This company is a ripoff of the highest degree. They bring you in to sign you up and then when you want to quit you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to cancel. The manager of the Hyde Park gym is condescending and basically using political correctness to the nth degree tells you to screw off. I was so angry at how she spoke to me on the phone, I am so glad I wasn't there in person. I would be in jail.

Do not sign anything with this company unless you plan on staying for the duration because even if you cancel with them, they don't honor their word. They make you go through the corporate headquarters and mail forms, etc before they finally cancel. This can take months of you paying your fees even if you've moved!

Disgusting: a true ripoff. Warning Don't be sold by the scum salespeople. All they care about is that you sign on the line. Then you're hooked for the entire time.
