Took Our Money - Services Not Provided - Won't Refund - RUDE

Several months back we purchased a Massage Series Package, which included 12 massages for $500. At first everything was great and we had no trouble obtaining an appointment. But once we used a few massages, the appointment availability was non-existant. Also, when we did schedule appointments, they were cancelled. Eden II did provide a remedy for the cancellations - added massages to our package. But it just got worse.

On several occasions we tried to obtain a massage appointment and were told they were booked. We even called 3-4 weeks in advance and there was no availability. The owner said he lost his best girls and was trying to replace them and would call us back when he had an opening. He never called. When I called, there were still no openings.

We have been unable to use the spa package, we already paid for, in three months!

When I called to request a refund, a girl on the weekend told me to call during the week and it should not be a problem. Well, it was. The owner was so rude when I contacted him and refused a refund of the services he had not provided. When I said I'd be contacting the Better Business Bureau and/or filing suit in small claims court, his response "well I'm looking forward to having some fun together" Very unprofessional and condescending.

The reviews of Eden II are reflecting their poor business practices and even the BBB gave them an "F" rating.

All we asked for was a refund of services not provided after attempting to obtain an appointment for several months. The owner can check his records and see the problem, but refused. I'd highly recommend consumers go elsewhere.
