Wasted Time & Lack of Service

A chicken bone fragment has been stuck in my throat for a week now. I got it checked by the doctor and was recommemded to call one of the clinics listed in the Midwest ENT Specialists directory. The doctor told me that they would be able to take it out easily at their office. I even got a CT scan done to reveal that there is a chicken bone in my throat. I made an appointment with Robert W. Smith at Woodbury Clinics Midwest Eye and Ear Institute. It literally took 5 minutes. All he did was told me to open my mouth; he looked in my mouth and said there was nothing and there was a mistake with the CT scan results. He told to just wait and it will go away. Then he left. There were no follow up directions to take if the bone doesn't go away. The bone is still in my throat bothering me. I am truely dissapointed in the lack of professional advice and the poor service that I received especially from a specialist.
