Ripoff me for co-pay and no services rendered

My foot was hurting severely. I went in on Wednesday for an x-ray. He told me to come back on Friday for the results of the x-ray. When I had the x-ray done the Tec told me I had a bone spur. She let me see the x-ray and even I could tell I had a bone spur.

I was on crutches the whole time. I came back on Friday and he was talking about a possible sprang ankle. I ask him where my x-rays were and he could not find them. I ask him what he thought about the x-rays and he could not tell me because he had not looked at the x-rays. He just gave me another proscription for inflammation and made me two more follow up appointment.

I hopped all weekend on crutches and so-called Dr. Matter still did not know I had a bone spur and gave me no info on what to do about it. After being on crutches for 5 day, Dr Matter released me back to work on Monday, still not knowing what I know. That is "I had a bone spur and still could not walk on it without excruciating pain.

All I want is my co-pay back and for people and Insurance companies to know what a rip off he is.
