Horrible Customer Service

I chose to consider my 2yr below because it was new & appeared child friendly... I strolled in & ceased in the reception table. I waited patiently for just one of the THREE employees to help me... They NEVER did. After standing almost 5 mins - I'd to question them "exist types that I HAVE TO complete?!" We were named towards the back 15 mins later - that was an acceptable delay period. They described that my boy might consider his x rays briefly 3 times - and so I waited after his examination. I had been wandered towards the reception table AFTER WHICH informed the x rays is likely to be about the next visit (and so I waited for nothing). Did I note among the employees had her 2 elementary-school-era kids all around the workplace. The hygienist assissting my son needed to show the small woman to not contact the cleansing devices which were simply in m boyis mouth!!! The dentist located 1 hole & recommended me I Would need to return to contain it stuffed. Good. Effectively the worker requires "day or morning?" so when I selected morning - she does not bother to consult me which evening OR day works for me personally. Simply my fortune, the employeeis children have created their method to the reception table & they are on each aspect of the clerk requesting her to mean her title while I am attempting to plan his follow up visit. Extremely unprofessional. More delay period for me personally! However the suggestion of the iceberg is the fact that my boyis 1st visit was nowadays (3/25) but the visit to possess 1 hole filled evidently is SEPTEMBER 28,11 (in 6 months)!!! Why might I delay six months to truly have a hole loaded. He is 2yrs old. I actually donot wait six months in a skilled dentist office to truly have a hole stuffed! I named recently for a scheduled appointment & they'd a gap the following morning at 9am and 5pm... However after his examination 24 hours later - they cannot load a hole until six months laster!!! Our boy won't be returning there!!
