Did not adhere to 14 day trial, withrew money early, put my account negative, incurred charges totallin $220

On 12/31/10, I ordered Acai Berry, from LeanSpa, LLC. The terms & conditions stated, that I had 14 days, to try the product, or cancel.

I called, on 1/13, I spoke with a representative, to sancel, who informed me, that the company billed me a day early. I called, on the 14th day. The amount taken from my account was, $79.99.
Needlee to say, they did not adhere, to their own terms & conditions.

Due to this early withdrawl, I had two checks bounce, one of which was ree-deposited, twice, & each time I was charged a $35.00 insufficient fee. The total of insufficient fee's, was 6.

I also incurred, 2 $5.00 charges, after the eighth day, because my account was negative, as well as two insufficient fees.
I called the company, & the representative was very rude. She stated that, they do not pay, for these charges.
