Unauthorized Bank Account Charges For Products Not Ordered

I received two packages from this company that I was not aware of and did not order or consent to. Without opening either of these packages I again called this company and got in touch with a customer
service representative. I finally was instructed to write two numbers on the outside of the shipping box
to receive a refund when I shipped these two packages back. Then I was informed that I would not be refunded for "shipping and handling" costs, which made up half the amount my bank account was charged for.
