Huge scam

This company markets the Radialab product as an ad on websites. Their ad resembles a news report, therefore, making itself look legitimate. However, once you order the FREE sample and pay the shipping, you will discover that it must be returned in 10 days or you are charged $74.95. When I returned the FREE sample it took SIX phone calls to get the refund. The phone operators are rude, even to the point of raising their voices when you challenge what they are saying. Carlos #31 in particular was an asinine jerk on the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BTW, the product does NOT work anyway!
