Charged me $79.99 twice before trial period was ove

I was a sucker by thinking this company was going to do what they advertised!
Get a Free sample by paying only shipping and handling of $1.99. Trial period was to be 14 days
and then if I cancelled before the trial period ended I would not be billed. I was billed before
I even got the product, $79.99 for each of the products I ordered!
Well, I do not know if it works but they did make me loose weight, money, from my account.
When I called to complain, Hector, sent me an email stating that I would get a credit for the full amount. I will be back to report to you whether that happened or not.
This is a very shaky business that works like this. I suspect they will be hit with FRAUD charges any time now.
