Bad customer service

I went in to the shop today at 8am to obtain a medication for my ill boy (ofcourse having a prescription). I paid the demand and was informed it'd get 15 minute. I had been resting before the drugstore region and that I noticed that it precisely required 1 minute in order for them to focus on verifying my insurance and 1 minute to obtain the medication. And finally got my medication precisely after 28 minute after my request. You might speculate what got such a long time. The two pharmacists alongside another store-manager were talking about another co worker - about her failure to complete function and appear to function etc. They didn't possess a decency to observe that I had been resting before them having a ill kid waiting to obtain the medications. Used to do not complete a term when I desired to simply get property to provide medications to my boy. But this sort of support IS EXTREMELY VERY POOR. Sorry cvs. You may occur in this globe for good, but you'll reduce me as your client and certainly will free other individuals who are looking over this.
