Acai sculpt, maqui activator false advertisement, wont answer phone, took money before authorization date, alot of other complaints on line

I subscribed to Thin Surge, acai sculpt and maqui activator for a free trial period. I had to pay 5.91 for shipping and handling. This was on 02/28/11

On 03/05 139.00 was taken from my account before I received the product. I've tried to contact these people, but Im just put on hold forever. There are many complaints online about the same problems I'm having.
