As like many it seems, I too was misled by this company. I thought I was paying for the trial bottles of Acai and Colon cleanser. I did not know I was signing up for the website at a cost of $99.95 each. Later when looking at the terms and conditions, it states you have 3 days to cancel the membership.
The website is misleading in that you are thinking you are paying for the trial bottles, but when you look at the websites with all the recipes etc, I thought, not worth investigating until I get the products then I will have a closer look at it.
To my horror a couple of days later I was debited from my account 2 lots of 99.95 as well as the 7.95 each for the bottles. I have since contacted my bank and have stop my credit card in order for these people debiting my account in future.
I did manage to contact the trytadalafil office by phone (Australia) and spoke with a woman, who said she would stop future payments. I told her I did not want the membership and she then tried to sell me the membership with 50% off. I said I wasn't interested.
I had another look at the terms and conditions and rang her back, she quoted the terms and conditions, which she was correct. It did have you trapped into parting with your money.
I looked at the initial offer and it is very misleading. I sent off emails to their legal department and have not had any reply. I then sent off email to customer support and got reject emails. I also have not to date received the trial bottles of acai and the colon cleanser. I said in my emails that they were skillful in misleading customers and how could you trial the acai tracker in 3 days without actually having acai tablets? Also it appears you need to have full membership to access the videos on the website.
Also I was offered $200 shopping voucher to use on LiveStyle Shop. The only thing you can purchase, even though there are pictures of fashion accessories etc, are health supplements, Another rip off!
I cannot find out where the office is in Australia, the customer service email address is rejected.
I have used the internet for lots of services and this is the first time I have been duped.
