Raised my premiums with no notice

Im just so glad to have discovered this website and completely by accident. I was searching for MEGA's website to review my payment history because I noticed in my most recent bank statement that my premium had increased by 30 dollars a month. Hmmmmm... So, unfortunately I only had statements handy for the last four months, I called the bank and they could only call up from the start of the year and I discovered that for at least the last four months they MEGA has been debiting more from my account than we agreed upon, and they never notified me of the increase in any way. Come Monday, im cancelling my policy with them-especially after reading these postings for the last hour! Thank you all so much for your valuable input!
