Massage envy
I cancelled after my year contract had expired, but the company kept on charging me approx $700

I cancelled after my year had expired. I did this at the Encinitas office. I was told that they would submit the paper work. My girlfriend was a witness in all of this.
During this period of time I had to leave the country as my mother lives in the UK and was diagnosed with colon cancer. I did not use this credit card much so put it to one side.
&I now find that I have been charged for 13 massages
I tried talking to the Encinitas office, they told me there was nothing that could be done. I called up Concord where I signed up originally. They said nothing can be done
I contacted the Franchise main office and left three different messages&Nobody responded
It is amazing that a company like this is allowed to steal without anything happening to them. They can see in front of them that there are 13 massages that have been paid for - But nobody wants to take responsibility
I am collecting other peoples experiences right now, and it is disgusting what this company is getting away with.
I am going to file a class action suit against the company. Get back to me if interested as being one of the parties - If you are a therapist, office worker or client of massage envy and you can substantiate that Massage Envy has done something that you perceive as illegal then get back to me.
Since I posted this on other sites I have been inundated with e-mails from those of you that want to be part of this. Remember if you did not read your contract massage envy probably has probably got themselves covered.
