Ripoff hassle with claims coverage spotty with many loopholes won't cover pediatric care Hunt Valley

This company denied three claims out of three claims in a six month period. GBS decided that they would cover only one of four "well-baby" checkups that included shots that are not recommended but mandated for all babies by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Every other health provider covers all "well-baby" claims except for GBS.

They also denied a doctor's referral to a specialist for my wife and could not provide a reason.
