Processes For Beech Street deliberate 8 month delay lying about claims rejecting FOR NO REASON

This company administers processes claims for Beech Street, my health insurance company. FOR EIGHT months they have lied, lost claims 3 times in a row, said they mailed me requests for more info, BUT NEVER DID. LIED about my health plan and what coverage it offers. Thank GOD I had the benefits book to prove them WRONG. This company WILL PURPOSEFULLY delay your claims, repeatedly process them under the wrong coverage %, tell you to go to a provider they say is in network and THEN REFUSE TO PAY, saying "that provider is not in network"

YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL AN AVERAGE of FIVE (5) times PER CLAIM!!! That's been my unfortunate experience. The people that work at this company are feeble minded fools, most are very unfamiliar with company's policy AND WILL DO ANYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO SCREW YOU OUT OF THE COVERAGE YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!! In MY 30 YEARS IN THE WORKFORCE I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH SH*T.
