I had a need to enroll a protest regarding shipping. I applied their customer support telephone number first. Many times I had been placed on store, every time I had been placed on hold and informed I had been #1 on line, after which after I had been strangely used in voice-mail and caused to depart a note. I decided I'd deliver them a contact instead. 24 hours after delivering my concept for their customer support current email address I obtained a note informing me that my concept was undeliverable.
