Not only does Lean Spa.com charge $l9.4l when you cancel, there is not a read-out confirming the cancellation. Therefore, I clicked Easy Cancel again, not knowing if I've been charged twice now. The password assigned to each customer starts out lOU, but is actually IOU. They pull out all the tricks to trip a person up when trying to get on their support website. Extra spaces, have to enter a order number, etc. And to top it all, I didn't receive the pedometer that should have been mailed with my tablets!!
