Recurring calls and emails to my specified regional consultant went unanswered. Lastly after numerous calls towards the nationwide business Humana decided we had a need to signal a brand new team agreement. I still can't achieve my regional consultant at all-all emails and calls go unanswered. Meanwhile my people delay to determine me for visits and surgery, when I am not able to observe them before scenario is solved. If this is the way they handle doctors, woe towards the individuals.
