I purchased a set of Christian Dior shades and also the whole including delivery to Australia was $250, soon after my purchase I received and mail stating the set I purchased were broken might they deliver another color, I responded on a single evening and stated yes then on a single evening i received ANOTHER mail saying I got too much time plus they offered that set and that I am to select another design.

I told them I had been changing a particular set which was taken from me several year earlier and wasn't thinking about another design and requested to get a return.

I noticed nothing for over per week and so I delivered another mail again seeking a reimbursement and also the reaction I acquired was "we'd a computer glitch and today it don't let's reimbursement you please select a diverse design."

I'll be getting this issue more
