Ridiculous reason for declining treatment

I required consent for my spouse to be delivered for sleep studies. The GP identified sleep apnoea and wishes the rest reports to become performed to verify his analysis to ensure that he is able to be handled. Primary Remedy rejected agreement due to my partner being obese. The sleep apnoea has become lifethreatening to him since he falls asleep driving on the daily schedule. Primary Remedy recommended he must free fat first and prevent smoking before they'll handle him. Should he die in a vehicle accident first? All of us understand it's difficult to free fat overnight and from the period he's dropped enough fat in order for them to approve the therapy, it'll be too late. I also smoke and it is obese but I actually donot have sleep apnoea. Just how can they state thatis the main reason he's sleep apnoea??!!! Sleep apnoea plays a role in lots of additional medical issues like blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Should he understand be much more sick before he gets handled? Capture a and ASSIST him get therapy since when the sleep apnoea isn't in check HE IS ABLE TO NOT LOOSE WEIGHT!!
