Direct e-cig $7.95 introductory offer and billed $99 additional. Credit Card Fraud

I ordered an introductory starter kit from smokelessdirect.com. The ad stated it would only cost $7.95. I was billed an additional $99.95 on my credit card and received this email from smokelessdirect.com. Their ad was totally false and misleading.

From Smokelessdirect.com:

What you originally ordered was a 14 day introductory offer of the Direct E-Cig starter kit. All we asked was for the shipping and handling to ship it out for the introductory offer. At the end of the introductory offer, you are billed the full cost of the kit ($99.95) and sent a full month's supply of cartridges for just shipping and handling ($9.95).
