Charged me $102 for a $15 rx

I was charged $102 for a brand name drug that was sent to me instead of a generic for $15. I know this is legal because the rx from my doctor allows a substitute. But I think thatI should have been contacted by the pharmacist because the sub is meant to be used as generic for a brand name, not the opposite. Walgreens customer service is useless by phone or email.
